Chef Lauren Rose Cooks puts a refreshing spin on our seasonal favorites. Discover the how & why of vegetarian dining, as Lauren discusses her cooking techniques. You'll also take home a recipe card of the nights dishes to recreate your own! Expect 2 small dishes, dessert, & artisan lemonades by Nirvana's. Summer craft cocktails, local beer, and wine by Deliberation Room (no host bar). Local favorite DJ, Selecta MC will be spinning classic tunes all night.
